Courtney Hardt
Founder & Creative Director
Courtney is a creative leader and consultant whose work spans luxury, tech, craft economies, Fortune 100 e-commerce, and impact enterprise—helping organizations navigate growth without losing what makes them believed. Her work is grounded in 20+ years across cultures and sectors, spanning creative leadership at Walmart, Stitch Fix, and Hatch, luxury product development at Ralph Lauren and Coach, and co-founding the brand for a Clinton Global Initiative-recognized nonprofit. Her practice is informed by formative years living and working in craft communities across Bolivia, India, and Guatemala, and education from Harvard, UC Berkeley, and FIT, with training in systems thinking and transformational facilitation.

Love & Order LLC: A future-forward consulting firm rooted in "protopian" thinking—incrementally building a better tomorrow with sustainability, inclusivity, and human-centric leadership at its core, and Radical Sabbatical Consulting: 1:1 guidance for leaders ready to embark on transformative career sabbaticals, weaving together meditation, mindfulness, and intentional renewal.
Before going solo, Eliza held senior roles shaping global marketing and brand strategy— leading award-winning campaigns and aligning brand and business metrics at Microsoft and other major brands.
Her debut book, Unfollow Your Passion (Atria Books, Dec 2021), challenges conventional career wisdom and champions creative, purpose-led living. Committed to fostering creative community, Eliza is active with IMMA and New Rules Studio— a writing collective inspiring present, authentic voices in leadership and storytelling.
